RUDE! They don’t have basic manners working the phones.
I've been seeing Dr. Rayancha since I was a teenager. I was so relieved to find a doctor that actually listens to me and explains things thoroughly. She respects my wishes to not take certain medications, is very kind and has helped me significantly. My previous primary doctor refused to refer me to a neurologist for eight years, but Dr. Rayancha referred me as soon as she noticed my symptoms. Not a great experience. Can’t seem to help manage my symptoms and discomfort.
I was referred to this physician by my orthopedist. After waiting weeks for an appointment, I called the office and was told that my appointment is pending authorization by the doctor. I was then informed that they still needed additional information from my referring physician, however, “IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO CONTACT THEM!!” So if I hadn’t followed up, my referral would have just sat there, while I continue to sit in pain.
