Like a few of the other patients, I had to switch to Sheetal becusae I had lost my last psychiatrist to a job change. I've had only a few appointments with Joshi Sheetal but she was quite demeaning at times, and pretty controlling. I had needed to change psychiatrist since my old one was changing job position. INOVA only had this woman Sheetal available. She greets me by saying she smells alcohol on me. I had given up drinking for over 5 years now. Okay rude. That wasn't the worst of it. She goes on to say I am lucky to be alive because of the medicine I am on. She lacked empathy. She was not welcoming. Her body language speaks to that. I would not recommend her to anyone.
