Dr. Amar is personable and responsive, helpful with ongoing minor but painful problem. Her office can be crowded but her staff is lovely.
Efficient, kind, good listener. ‘Always effective and medically helpful with consistently excellent diagnostic skills. She solves all problems and actually cares about patients’ complete recovery. She has a very skillful touch when doing surgery and has always provided painless care.
Staff was professional and informative. Dr. Amar was great. I had surgery and the surgery was a breeze. Recovery went as expected.
Not Covid safe! When I arrived at the office for my appointment (five minutes before my confirmed time, in the midst of the Covid pandemic) I was shocked to see four people waiting in the tiny underground waiting room, with the receptionist making a fifth. I was asked to sign in and told the other people were waiting for the doctor. My temperature was not checked, and I was not asked to sanitize my hands - in fact it was if everything was pre-pandemic. Dr. Amar is one of the best drs I have encountered. She is extremely professional and is super thorough during each of our visits. She has provided an expert level of care and has made herself accessible in the case of last minute appointments. Dr. Amar has several locations available for appointments. Her staff members are professionals and are incredibly attentive to all patients needs or request. Patient waiting time is no longer than 10 to 15 mins. Dr. Amar is very much a people person that
DO NOT GO TO HER!!! DURING SURGERY SHE CUT A NERVER IN MY TOE AND NOW I CANT MOVE MY LITTLE TOE. STAY AWAY.
While I respect you as a "doctor", you have lost me as a "patient" And, here are the reasons why! l. Your air conditioning wasn't even working on a hot day. 2. The "girls" that worked there totally unprofessional and not very bright! When I asked them how long I would have to wait...NO ANSWER...AND AT LEAST 8 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. 3. If you don't treat your patients properly you will none left! I would NEVER wait "forever" in an office to see a doctor.. YOU OVERBOOKED!!! SHAME ON YOU
She is a compassionate intelligent and most caring physician I’ve ever met. She’s very patient and takes her time with me and works at my comfort level. She goes way beyond most physicians I’ve met I highly recommend her
Dr. Amar is the best! The compassion and comfort that she has provided me with has helped make my recovery a lot less stressful. I am so thankful that my primary care physician recommended I see Dr. Amar. I am not just another patient, I AM HER PATIENT! Thank you for being an outstanding physician.
