My husband had prostate surgery in March. After surgery he was very sick and stayed at the hospital for 10 days, Dr Shawn Soon came every single day and took care of him and arranged Dr Chen Grant to take care of his digestive system. Dr Shawn answered emails and phone calls every time. After we came home he arranged a nurse to check in on his recovery. He always read her reports and answered our questions very patiently. We are very thankful for his service. We highly recommended him. He truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Soon is a caring and compassionate doctor who has been my dad’s urologist for many years now. During this timeframe, he has kept on top of his treatments and has monitored dad very closely. Him and his staff goes above and beyond and responds every time we reach out for assistance. Thank you Dr. Soon and staff for all your efforts.
Waited more than 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment with no apology or remorse due to overbooking. The nail in the coffin was when I was told I should’ve taken the entire day off. If a doctor can not respect my time, How can I trust him to respect and take care of my health.
Great doctor, stays on top of one’s care. Just very hard to contact him. Tried sending emails and no answer and calls go to answering but full or not working or set up.
