For adult appointments, we had no issues but if you have a sensitive child who needs a little extra patience, love and care, this is unfortunately not the place for you. An employee had a very harsh way of dealing with my child who was trying to warm up to the idea of the big x-ray machine for the first time. The way the employee handled it made her even more uneasy and nervous, then told her she was not allowed to cry and needs to wait outside. I'm on vacation and my crown came off. I left a message and received a return call before they opened. I was in and out quickly, feeling great about my tooth, their professionalism, and kindness.
Update: Dr Pier and her staff once again came to my rescue when I needed dental care. She helped me after the fire and again on last minute notice today. Don’t go to any other dentist on Maui. I’m telling you these guys are best here! Lisa Jones The best! Beautiful, clean office and Dr. Pier and her staff are top notch. So grateful for the time they took to help me today. Will highly recommend to all of my friends and colleagues.

While on vacation, we had a dental emergency. The staff was very accomodating and able to fit us in the same day. Dr. Pier was very friendly, professional, and provided exceptional care. So grateful to have found them - outstanding service!
