Thorough and professional but I like a dr who smiles and looks you in eyes once in a while. I don’t like being in the exam room for 30 minutes either. His staff is also cold and unfriendly. I ran out of my prescription and they wouldn’t refill without an office visit but wanted me to wait 2 months for an appointment. Complained over and over until I got an emergency supply. Only see him once a year so not switching but he should warm up a little
