I went to Dr. Shahrzad to get custom musician’s earplugs made. While she works with several companies, I specifically wanted Westone plugs, and she was more than happy to accommodate my request. Dr. Shahrzad is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Walked into this family-run practice for a routine C&P audio exam on August 27th, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. As a homeless veteran, going through this process is already intensely stressful, and the severe fear of what these administrative delays and botched reports mean for my housing stability is overwhelming. I highly recommend this office! Dr Cohen is amazing as is her support staff. As a professional drummer, I have struggled with chronic tinnitus for over a decade and was ready to quit playing.
