I have been seeing Dr. Marchard for about a year. Her staff is friendly and Dr. Marchard is very nice, to me. The price is ok. My face has never looked so awesome. I'm very pleased with my outcome.
This clinic and office are terribly run, there were multiple billing errors and inconsistencies regarding obtaining authorization for my insurance so that I was erroneously charged for the ENTIRE COST of my visit, despite them charging me a copay at the time of the visit, having all my insurance information on file, and submitting a claim to my insurance company. Excellent Doctor. Initially she saw my mother, but I was so impressed with her, her office, and her staff, that now we have moved the entire family to her practice. I can't say enough good things about her. Polite, professional, great listener, and just a delightful human.
I have been a patient of Dr Marchand for about 5 years . I drive from Houston just to see her because she is a great dermatologist. She listens and truly cares for her patients!

Left me waiting in a room more than an hour. I finally left, without being treated. My time is certainly as important as hers. As I exited, she was sitting in front of a computer screen. Won’t be back.
Dr. Marchand is the best dermatologist in this area. She has an excellent bedside manner. You never have to wait too long at your designated appointment time. You always get your diagnostic test results back in a timely manner. Plus her staff is courteous and easy to work with. If you have dermatology needs. I highly recommend her. She treats you like family not like a patient.
Dr. Marchand teats you like family. She is warm, kind and a very through. She took her time explaining my diagnosis and happily answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Marchand and her friendly staff!
She is an excellent Dr. ! My 14 yr old feels so comfortable with her. She has helped my whole family out with all our skincare issues. We so happy to have her in our area. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
