Staff was very rude more then once. Because the office forgot to send my paperwork over to trinity health for my MRI i had to reschedule 3 different times. To many calls not answered and they would call back days later. When I finally lost my cool they were rude and said they were short staffed. Started seeing dr sharon in August 2025 and today after they missed an online call I had enough. Its now February 2026.
Dr Minott is the best What doctor these days call you every day after a visit or procedure Dr Minott does and it is always a pleasure hearing from her with her follow-ups I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor I am please she has me as a patient I can’t wait to get to her office for my appointment because I know I will feel better just being there Patient Pearl Gordon
Dr. Minott is an amazing doctor! She’s very thorough and attentive and she knows what is needed! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!
