Very unprofessional office. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and was unable to make an appointment yesterday. I called them yesterday and left a message on their voicemail that I could not come in. I was then left a message that there was a $150 no-show policy and an additional $50 same-day cancellation policy. My husband and I have been using Dr. Topper and Fiedler for many years. My last visit was with Dr. Topper and I find she is very thorough. She never rushes me out when I have an extra question or concern. The new office is beautiful and comfortable. I have recommended her to many of my relatives.
