The majority of my interactions with this office via the receptionist(s) have been a nightmare over the years. I have been spoken to aggressively and condescendingly over the phone and have been thrust into a dizzying bureaucratic nightmare that bounces me from doctor to doctor and back again, failing to meet my needs for even the most basic of requests (ex. refills for routine medications). Dr. Stobie is a fantastic doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns. In all of the years I've been going to her, I don't think I've ever been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. The receptionists are always super friendly as well.
I don't know who these people are writing the negative reviews about. Dr. Stobie is a wonderful doctor, who will take the time to explain things to you, ask for a second opinion if she is unsure and always sends me for further tests if needed. Bonus points for always always being on time. If I have to wait 5 or more mins in the office then there is a reason, and I hope it is someone she is giving the same care to as she gives me. horrible receptionist who receives calls. Please save yourself from this clinic . Not even worth to add more words here. Word horrible is enough
I've been with Dr.Stobie for a very long time. She walks the line of being warm and professional (as does the other staff at her office). She has gained my trust over and over by making me feel listened to, testing, and sending me to specialists when needed. When I hear so many stories about how dangerous it can be to have dismissive doctors I'm ever so grateful for Dr. Stobie.
