Have been with this office for over 20 years and are very satisfied with entire operation. They keep things running smoothly so there isn’t much wait and I never feel rushed. Dr Raco is our family dr and we’re all very satisfied.
The majority of my interactions with this office via the receptionist(s) have been a nightmare over the years. I have been spoken to aggressively and condescendingly over the phone and have been thrust into a dizzying bureaucratic nightmare that bounces me from doctor to doctor and back again, failing to meet my needs for even the most basic of requests (ex. refills for routine medications). Dr. Stobie is a fantastic doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns. In all of the years I've been going to her, I don't think I've ever been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. The receptionists are always super friendly as well.
