I have experienced severe acne through my adolescences into adulthood and had underwent far too many trial and error results. I had seen multiple doctors, regular physician and dermatologists, but fell short of pleased results. I was completely pleased with my experience at Big Sky Dermatology. Dr. Setzerand all of the staff were excellent in all respects. I will certainly not hesitate to make future appointments as needed.
Drove 2 hours to see her. Later called twice from home asking her to call me (her PA & pharmacist differ from what she said about my medication). Never returned my calls. PA said she would contact pharmacist and get back to me - never did. Her Progress Notes were inaccurate. Looks like a standard copy. She listed examining parts of my body which she did not. Wrote we had a "lengthy discussion". NOT SO! Took notes of my comments, exam, her few comments = 10 min. Not a Lengthy Discussion!
Not sure what other dermatology options there are available in the Livingston/Bozeman area but I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.
Max is great, explains things well professional yet takes time to talk to you on a personal basis.
Your office staff is wonderful. Very happy to have Mrs. Bobbi taking care of me. She listens to me and explains treatment very clearly. She puts up with me😄. That’s saying a lot. I’m so thankful I was referred to you.
