The office was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous, professional and efficient. Dr. Long was concise, caring and took time to listen to my responses/questions.
I've had several appointments I've had to cancel because I didn't have affordable insurance. At this moment all I could afford was am better (the receptionist)told me the day of my visit ,that it wasn't accepted there,I was so hurt, I had to start going to urgent care on James island which they accepted it and sent a prescription off,but aren't able to send another because of missed appointments due to ambetter not being accepted because now as of today 2-19-2025 I felt like I've been having mini episodes for the past 3 days... read more
Great experience with Dr.Long. She was very attentive and personable, which is important for patient/doctor interactions. She also didn’t take forever to see me.
