I am soo happy with my care with DrFife and Providence I am attempting to change my primary care physician to a Providence provider.
As a new patient, I was impressed with the care provided from the scheduler, front desk, medical assistant to the provider. Everyone treated me with respect and the doctor listened to my concerns.
All very professional and thorough care. Very knowledgeable and experienced, came highly recommended.
I loved my experience, Dr. Fife and staff are amazing, so kind and knowledgeable.
Dr Fife came in with good humor, "which I can appreciate". She also has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about the issues I am having, as well as a short term option we are trying to help alleviate some of the uncomfortable symptoms, while we wait for a referral to address the main issues to hopefully get them resolved.
Every visit I have is extremely comfortable and pleasant and I'm very thankful for all the help, care and advice I receive being a first time mom. Everyone who has ever helped me there has shown me nothing but kindness and respect and have always listened to my concerns and has helped put the worry and anxiety at ease. My provider was amazing. My only complaint is that it took weeks for my "urgent" referral to get processed. I had to keep calling almost daily until it was received and processed. Then my appt was scheduled 4 weeks out. I had to call almost daily until I got a cancellation. Ultimately, I was seen within a couple weeks; but it was only because of my constant follow up.
I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my life. First through the military, then through my husband who was on chemo for three years. Dr. Fife is by far the absolute best I’ve ever seen. She takes her time with you, every time. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, but most of all she cares.
