Dr. Fife was absolutely not a good provider. She was cold and unfriendly. Not once did she ever ask about my birth plan or get to know me. She didn’t care about my needs or wants through my entire pregnancy. Instead, she forced her own decisions on me without consultation - including scheduling an induction without ever gaining my consent. It’s a good thing I’m done having kids, but if I weren’t I would for sure pick another provider.
Dr. Shannon C Fife DO was very compassionate. She made me feel at ease about the procedure I was about to have. In the hospital she gave me serval opportunities to ask her questions before and after surgery. Great team of nurses and hospital staff I highly recommend Dr. Fife and Providence Hospital.
I really like the way she listened carefully to what I had to say, and immediately came up with a care plan!
