I think Dr. Cartwright is an excellent Psychiatrist. She listens and she cares. She will never lie to you or give you an unreasonable or realistic expectation. She applies realistic thoughts and tactics with her therapy.
Dr. Cartwright is the worst psychiatrist I have ever encountered. Two of my children were seen by her and on one occasion she made a comment: “ oh so you think you’re flashy coming up in here with your Gucci this and Jordan that. Tell me do you work? I’ve worked with many smart Korean kids your age and if you don’t get it together you’ll be working for one of them and they’ll be telling you what to do.” I was appalled and speechless, however I managed to address it.
