Dr. Shan Ze Wang, MD is great, explains everything and very understanding. I had a reaction in his office to allergy testing and he was very concerned. Reason for the one star is customer service, women at the front desk are very abrupt. Also when you call customer service your thrown onto hold, without asking, can you please hold. I first visited this office in March 2021. Today I called to pay a balance on my account as they made an error on quoting my co-pay and later billed the diffrence.
