So instead of being able to get to the office to get a simple copy of records for my 87 year old father with congestive heart failure I get routed to a call center in India. I keep getting put on hold for them to keep talking to someone in the office to ask the questions I ask her. They can’t answer my questions about where Dr Kapadia was in 2009-2010 so I can get the records from his previous practice. The line for records just rings and rings and no one ever picks up. Was treated warmly and with respect,and i have been with Dr Kapadia for about 12 years, I feel if not for him I probably would not have recently seen my 76th birthday
This doctor wasn't available, so after an hour wait in the exam room, another Dr was sent. Very nice, professional. Had ideas to treat my problems, some new. This location is much much better than where I went before... St Francis. That place was a circus and had very little parking space. James River Cardiology is much better!
