Shaival was very personable and caring. Puts you at ease immediately discusses your case, and answers any questions you may have. He is knowledgeable in his field. He does not hesitate to remind you of any concerns he might have or encourage questions you might ask. He is the best!

Going to see Dr. Kapadia is always a pleasant experience. He’s kind and attentive. He explains everything so that you can understand them. To see him, there’s rarely a wait. The girls checking you in are very courteous. The only issue we’ve ever had repeatedly is dealing with the call center. We almost never get call backs. We’re told to use the patient portal, but the only thing that appears in my portal is my name.
