Exceptionally disappointed with billing team. I came to this practice for urostym 1st 4 visits were covered by insurance at least partially. The last 3 were not. After the visit #5 on April 14 l noticed the difference in coverage and inquired from my insurance about it and was notified that different billing codes were used for exact same procedure. I've inquired multiple times and received zero response.
