Superb clinical and interpersonal skills. Spends time really getting to know what's going on with you and then zeros in on what to do about it. Drills down into things you say about your life and appropriately uses this information to inform his decisions. Office staff is unbelievably good about communicating with you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Insaf for approximately 4 years. He is very trustworthy and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to listen. More important, he really cares about his patients. He uses many resources in the treatment of his patients. He offers genetic testing, SPECT scan, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other non conventional treatments.

Dr. Isaf is world trained, has an encyclopedic knowledge of medications, will titrat drugs slowly, will not ovwrmedicate you, beliwves in some alternative therapy that's been tested, and his therapy style is very open, honest and perceptive. You'll never catch him looking at his watch.

Dr insaf is up to date on the latest interventions. I've been on anti depressants for over 25 years without much long term effect. He did a gene test on me , which is a mouth swab which gives them an indication on which types of medicines will be effective for you. Come to find out the routine Antidepressants I've been on most my life wouldn't work for me because I didn't have the neccessary transport gene for the ssri to work. So he put me on the old antidepressants,maoi depression free now
