He does his job and is diligent about getting prescriptions refilled on time, and worked wonders fighting with my insurance company to get them to approve medication I needed. He also convinced me to get over my dislike of needles and take a medication that has greatly improved my quality of life. However, he has poor bedside manner. Dr. ZAIDI was a God-send for my mother. He worked with Mom and Dad (89 & 90 yrs. respectively ) to help them understand how to use the insulin to benefit Mom. He was patient and kind and talked their talk.
