he is rude and arrogant doctor and not polite
I had an amazing encounter with Dr. Shahab Malik. During this hectic and chaotic COVID virus, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate, facilitate and cater everyones need. Doctor Malik. has a vast knowledge and experience on his subject. I did some research before visiting, and rest assure it paid off. Hats off to his staff for their commitment and safety measures during this VIRUS...
Dr. Malik and some of the staff is good. But I was charged an extremely amount of money when I wasn't suppose to because my insurance pay for it. I have been trying to get my money back showing them prove of every pmt my insurance has made an its have been like 4 month and they haven't respond to me. If you decide to go there make sure you pay what is right.
Dr. Malik is the best Pediatrician in all of Maryland!!
Dr Malik Goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his patients. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Pediatrician.
Doctor is Best but Staff are Horriable and Verry bad. I try to get appointment always said we dont have. Need change staff
Its unfortunate that Dr.Malik is a good Dr, but his staff is horrible! Ive been going there for almost 5 years for both my kids and try to overlook the terrible staff but I just cant anymore. They are rude they are inconsiderate they are not polite in person or on the phone. If he had different staff I would stay but I just cant anymore. Its aweful. Wait times are terrible too.
Dr . Malik is my grand kids doctor since long time very helpful I trust him and the staff is also very friendly they are always ready to help there patients
Hands down, the best pediatrician. I wouldn't trust my kids to anyone else. He is so knowledgeable, patient and listens! My children went to him as babies and toddlers, but we moved and selected a new pediatric practice. We have since returned to Dr. Malik and once again, feel like our children are in much better care. We highly recommend Dr. Malik if you want to feel like your children are patients and not just numbers. AMAZING DOCTOR!
