One loud staff member seemed angry at the world - made being in the waiting room very uncomfortable. Exam room seemed a little run down. They ran blood tests, and billed for them, but never called or sent the results. I had to call 3 times to get them over the phone. When I asked them to send me a copy, they sounded bothered/resistant to the idea.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this surgeon friendly? I didn't feel welcome Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this surgeon use excessive foul language? No

I noticed her diplomas and credentials right away because of where they are placed. They were hard to miss, and there were a lot of them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone, the medical assistant was very helpful. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary, they have a great walk-in policy. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me.
