After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
