I scheduled an annual eye exam with Dr. Goolsbee so I could get a prescription for glasses (in 2021, Dr. Frazier had written an incorrect prescription--$5.00 copay, but $169 for glasses I could not wear). On Nov. 6, I received an eye exam and a prescription for glasses and was told by the assistant that I owed $96.82 because Dr. Goosbee has stated that I had cataracts, something Dr. Frazier had told me two years ago.
