Very rude receptionist Actually went to the office to try and resolve the issue. The Dr was more concerned with the one star on google than about even attempting to understand the reasons behind the review. Even more disappointing.
Dr Benkel has zero communication skills and very unprofessional… doesn’t care about patients concerns.
Staff are so kind, very pleasant office! Dr Benkel is amazing.
I think Dr Benkel & his staff in Suffern are amazing. They are polite & take your feelings into consideration. Mercy, Pam & Julie are great nurses. Dr Benkel is very easy to talk to & he listens to you. Great office
