Dr Erzurum was amazing at eye care with my special needs daughter. The staff was friendly and understanding. I got a very quick appointment.
Simply the best! Staff is friendly and fast. They answered all my questions and don’t make me feel rushed.
Awful! Waited over an hour to see her, I was there a total of 2.5 hours. She was extremely rude and snappy. I was referred by my primary doctor for an unusual vision problem. She had no clue and made me feel stupid for even coming. Definitely not going back!
The wait is extremely long. None of the staff is helpful. They don't know how long it will take. You can better service elsewhere
