I have been going to Dr. J's for nearly 12 years. I commute an hour just to see him! I have always felt welcomed and at home when there. Always greeted like family. On top of such great hospitality Dr. Jacinto has helped my child control his seizures tremendously! I am so thankful for him and his staff!
I like Dr .Jacinto but some of the staff I have had problems with.This morning in particular Jessica got really snotty with me and then when I called back she hung up on me.When I called a third time and asked for office manager was told they weren't in.I will be furthering this because the request I had is holding up documents needed for agency for persons with disabilities.
I want to share a bad experience that just happened a few minutes ago with my wife and my loved daughter, we have an appoinment today with "Dr." JACINTO SERGIO in his office in 4507 Armenia Ave, Tampa FL 33603, this "Dr." start yelling and screaming to my wife in front of my daughter, you people who read this AWARE of this "Dr.", I hope he stop using this malpractice with woman and especially with kids with special needs. Dr Jacinto is amazing doctor who goes above and beyond to make sure he treats his patients like family he is an amazing compassionate doctor who has a dedicated and caring staff who gives accurate information to treat various conditions. this doctor and his staff are worth the travel
