Dr. Vilvar is a kind & compassionate man. He always takes the time to listen to me & never rushes me. He always offers solid advice & information because he genuinly cares.
In four words: he does not care He's got a Cush job contract at mental health hospital and he knows it.
I don't recall ever having such a poor experience with a doctor, and trust me, I've been to many, many doctors. Between telling me to stop a psychotropic medication cold turkey, prescribing multiple benzos that made me feel far worse, to prescribing me the incorrect dosage on THREE different medications, to telling me to come back after a nervous breakdown in TEN WEEKS, I am beyond peeved. I have consulted with other psychiatrists about all of this and they were legitimately horrified.
He is not a good dr in my experience, he does NOT listen, he over prescribes and spends very little time with you. In my experience as a parent with a child who needs medicine I would steer clear of him.
Best Dr I have ever had
He was extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. He made me very uncomfortable and I left with no help and extremely upset. He also kept me waiting for an hour. Go to someone else, worst experience I've ever had.
