A doctor that actually takes the time to fully listen, and to thoroughly explain every aspect of your medical condition and treatment options. One time I had to wait an extra 30 minutes or so because a patient showed up without an appointment in pain and in tears. He compassionately attended to her first; much respect.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Sep earlier this week. I'm completely and totally impressed. It's been a really, really long time since a doctor has honestly and truly listened to me the way he did. I feel heard and cared about. Dr. Sep has an amazing bedside manner and helped me during one of the most emotionally difficult times in my life. I truly feel like he treats me as he would his own loved one — with patience, empathy, and genuine care. He even took time out of his schedule to make sure I felt supported and understood.
