Great Doctor, good sense of humor. He performed my double stent emergency heart operation, up through my leg artery. Straub Hospital emergency room called him in from home, so he was still in his bedroom slippers. The operation was 2 hours. I was in my hospital room, 2 hours after the surgery, and was HOME two days later. A year later now, no complicatons, and am off the serious medications. Dr. Kon is a great cardiologist, his expertise and knowledge is undoubted, yet he's so patient and thorough, as the heart is an intricate organ and it's not easy for a lot of people to understand what's wrong in order to take a better care of themselves. I do really appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Kon to people who suffer from heart disease and needed a cardiologist.
