Very unprofessional medical provider. Unable or unwilling to answer patient questions.
My husband and I like Dr. Capoor, it’s the billing staff we have problems with. This is the third “routine eye exam” included in our insurance that we have been billed for because it was coded as something else. The number of hoops to hop through to get that corrected are excessive.
Dr. Capoor is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to you. She is very professional yet friendly and caring. She is an excellent surgeon. I would recommend her very highly.
