I go into medical appointments with a list so I don't waste the doctors' and staff's time. Dr. Bir came in, didn't listen to the first item on my list, took a look at my list of medications, focused on the first medication, ordered an EKG based on that one med, and was finished. She did not make any of the referrals I requested, and made one referral that I did not request or need. My husband is a retired Family Physician so we are particular when it comes to choosing a doctor. Dr. Bir's office has been vary caring and helped us make the transition to new doctors in Tucson area until we could get established here. Then we lost our Primary Care Doc here and they are willing to continue to help me still! I have had many telehealth appointments with both Dr. Birs. THANK YOU
Dr. Seema Bir is an amazing physician, diagnostician and extremely compassionate human being. I’ve gone through of a variety of health issues whilst under her care each was handled compassionately and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend her without hesitation.
Now having experienced the second time to have a major issue with the husband/wife team of the Drs. Bir, I am searching for a new provider. In this most recent, after testing positive for COVID, I was first made promises for help which were ignored, then hung up on by staff and the doctor refused to address my condition (until UHC called them on my behalf.) My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Bir and have had several appointments with her so far this year. In each of our appointments she has clearly reviewed our test result and discussed remedies that addressed our issues. We've also found her office staff to be friendly and efficient.
Dr. Seema Bir is very caring, supportive and compassionate. She takes her time to listen to your concerns, especially during this pandemic. She is always a call away if you need her. Her office staff are efficient, supportive and also caring. They are very prompt with returning phone calls, making it an easy process.
