I had a lower bleph done 3 years ago by Dr Younai. I have to admit that he is precise... He did an amazing job. He got rid of my under eye bags with such precision that you can't even tell I had surgery. I had a great experience with Alisia. She is direct, caring and prompt with getting back to you if you have any questions. She will give you the information you need. She got me through some tough times during my healing process. How you risk your business by keeping a rude disgusting individual employed as customer service is beyond me. Abhorrent behaviour from someone who is paid to be professional.
The reviews were bumped down bcz of a post I'm so sorry dr. Suhel Sean that you're suffering backlash and not even bcz of the actual surgery part or whatever. The reviews before someone on TikTok decided to have beef with Alissa were 4.5 btw... So um hope this helps
Dr. Younai did my turbinectomy and maxillary sinus work Jan 2026. This was a functional surgery (not cosmetic) and results are great. I'm so thankful because I had gotten a previous procedure that did not solve my issue. Being able to breathe well again will not be taken for granted! Dr. Younai is an outstanding surgeon. He communicates clearly, has a great bedside manner, and always made me feel at ease. I had De Quervain’s release surgery in June 2025 and ulnar nerve release with carpal tunnel clean out surgery in November 2025, and both procedures completely resolved my issues. His entire surgery clinic staff are 10/10 phenomenal — from the admin staff who helped me through all my pre-op & scheduling, to the nurses who prepped me to the OR team and anesthesiologist.
