I underwent meniscus surgery with Dr. Thompson, but my condition worsened after the procedure. Since then, I tried to contact him and his office, but encountered rude and unhelpful staff, including an incompetent receptionist. Despite my efforts, they’ve refused to reopen my case or assist me further. That’s absolutely unacceptable, Now you’re being ignored and brushed off.
