If I could give a zero I would. Dr. MCCAFFERTY is so full of himself that he can't admit to his mistakes. I had severe droopy eyes. I went to him asking if he could fix them so that I could see out of my right eye. Well I had the surgery and yes I can see out of my eye, that's because the eyelid will not close. He told me I had to have the left eye done at the same time or the left eye would start to close. Always a pleasure to see Dr.Mccafferty. He’s an extremely busy doctor, but he takes his time and gives quality care. That’s hard to find these days.
Very easy to make an appointment. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time seemed a little long, but Dr. McCafferty was very polite and explained what he was doing and what he found.
Eyelid lift surgery wasn't good - I believe the dr got the eyes confused and lifted the good lid more than the eyelid that really needed it.
Very great office staff! Doctor McCafferty is out of this world and always professional and helpful! Super helpful and kind. He will always be my Go to Doctor for my eyes!
Such an awesome doctor!! Very carrying, he takes the time to explain the situation to myself in terms that were understandable. I'm very pleased with the care and services I receive from Dr. McCafferty and his staff I highly recommend him to others.
Had cataract removed in one eye. No problems. Went in for last check up and to get prescription for glasses. Went to get the glasses and they did not write out the prescription correctly. Had to go back to the office for a new one when I ask about the bi-focals they went back to ask Dr McCafferty he told them if I thought the bi-focal needed changed, they could just up the prescription by one and if that did not work to come back and they would check my eyes?? Did not sound right to me.
