If I could give a zero I would. Dr. MCCAFFERTY is so full of himself that he can't admit to his mistakes. I had severe droopy eyes. I went to him asking if he could fix them so that I could see out of my right eye. Well I had the surgery and yes I can see out of my eye, that's because the eyelid will not close. He told me I had to have the left eye done at the same time or the left eye would start to close. Been seeing her for 2 or 3 years now. Wasn't really comfortable but didn’t want to judge. Had 2 intra ocular implants done, while having the procedure I asked for more sedation because I was getting nervous and she told the anathesiologist NO she will be done in 20 minutes . Dr. Lane is gruff and dismissive. Will not answer questions and acts as if in a rush to get to the next patient. Arizona Eye Consultants treats patients like cattle. They do say say up front to expect to be there for 2 hours, then you're lucky if the doctor spends more than five minutes with you.

Never have I ever had a doctor roll their eyes at me, as I tried to succinctly explained a lifetime of eye issues. Interrupted, and said it was all too confusing, and what exactly was my issue that day. Then had nothing to offer. Didn't request medical history before the appointment, and didn't care to listen to it from me. I think she spent about 3 minutes total in the room with me. I don't trust her, don't see the reason for a second appointment for a visual field test, which has always been a standard at time of appointme... read more
