Dr. Bak was very thorough in his exam with me. He took his time, didn’t rush me and answered my questions to the best of his ability. If you’re having shoulder problems, I highly recommend seeing him.

Things went fine with Doctor Bak. When I signed in, I noticed there was another person scheduled at the exact same appointment time. As a result, Doctor Bak was 45 minutes late seeing me. I try to be respectful of other people’s time. I expect the same consideration!
I started seeing Dr.Bak in 2021 for frozen shoulder.I did PT and cortisone injections.I would get a year out of the injections at first then over the years less and less time.Jan 2025 the pain was just getting too bad so I elected to finally get surgery.The first 4 weeks were great,ROM was good and pain was improving.At the 4 week mark everything changed.I was having a new “different” type of pain.I called the office,spoke to Emily and she put me on a round of oral steroids.After a week there was no improvement.Since there w... read more
