This was my second hernia repair with Dr. Dort! He's a rockstar in my eyes. Repaired a previously bad repair from another doctor. Been amazing for 10 years. Then I blew out the other side. So happy to find Dr. Dort still going! He repaired the other side and was such a fast turnaround. All his staff and sub contractors were so kind and comforting. I flew from Hawaii just to have this guy make me good again! Thanks Doc! Your the BEST!!!
Dr Dort handled my hernia surgery perfectly. 1 year pst op I have had zero issues.
Dr Dort recognized that my mother was very sick from perforated diverticulitis and rushed her to the OR immediately. He saved her life. She was very sick. He spent a lot of time with us at the bedside explaining what happened to her & helped her get out of the hospital to rehab. I am forever thankful to Dr Dort. As a PA in the OR at a busy hospital in NYC, I know a good surgeon when I see one and he is top notch. Thank you Dr Dort!!!
Dr. Dort did two surgeries on me back in 1998. I found him to be an excellent surgeon but even more important to me was the fact that he listened! This is a surgeon who definitely cares about his patients!
