Sticker Shock Medical clerk promised to provide out of pocket cost which she failed to do. At the end of the clinic visit I was charged $800.00 for the hour visit. Dr asked if I wanted labs and x-rays done at his office or downstairs. But, he failed to tell me that there was a cost difference. The x-rays on the knees were mistakenly reversed, which I explained to the doctor. I went in for a second opinion. I basically was charged $800.00 for the doctor to tell me to lose weight. I thought he would be good since he was named ... read more

Scott Zashin MD Top Clinician Dr. Zashin is a brilliant clinician who was able to tease out a diagnosis that is rare in the South. Numerous competent specialists had been unable to diagnose my disease over several years. So, I was headed to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I suspected that my problem was cold mediated and Minnesota doctors should be cold experts. Knowing Dr. Zashin, my wife suggested I see him first. After conducting a thorough initial exam, Zashin trotted in with medical books and color printouts that supporte... read more

Caring, Compassionate Physician with Stellar Office Staff I am a former nurse/office manager, who has spent over 35+ years working in physicians' offices as a nurse, patient/physician liason and office manager, as well as being an instructor for medical assistants entering the healthcare field. Few physicians remember the "care" part of health care, which includes having a staff whose main objective is to realize that working in a health care setting is more than "just a job." Patients deserve superior treatment from the tim... read more

Exceptional and unmatched in Dallas As a primary care physician myself, I have referred patients to Dr Zashin over the last 19 years. My mother has also received care and advice from Dr. Zashin. He is a great diagnostician, and the care he has provided to my patients has been superior without exception. He has made complex diagnoses that were missed by other doctors in the area. In addition to his excellent credentials he is extremely caring and compassionate. During my 20 years in private practice, he and his office staff h... read more

Dr. Zashin I wouldn't go to this guy. He ignored me and let me suffer with R.A for three years. None of the drugs worked-of course he said I was not adavanced to be on Enbrel or Humira. Guess what-due to his lack of investigation I had to have hip surgery-because he didn't take me seriously!
