I have to admit that due to my prior visit for a cleaning wherein I endured some discomfort, I was dreading this visit. Luckily, I had Carol as my hygienist this time and the experience was pain-free. Carol was also very encouraging regarding my dental health and expressed genuine concern that I was comfortable at all times during the cleaning.
