I was “sleeved” November 9,2023. The decision didn’t come easy. The pre work seemed endless. However, after the last appointment, Dr Perryman scheduled surgery for 2 weeks out. Good results in the beginning, but then I’m told the benefits only last “for four years”, which I was not warned of beforehand.

Very poor customer service and patient follow up and care. After initial consult, surgery date was set. Payment was supposed to be done over the phone and without any prior notice the surgery date was cancelled and patient was notified 4 days before the date! Initially there was an issue with the payment due to the large amount and after going back and forth with them to try again, we offered writing a check or paying in cash and no one followed up.
