Excellent! Dr Chappell is an wonderful doctor. Takes a lit of time answering questions.
I attempted to get my children seen at this doctor's office and ran into nothing but problems. I went by their office and had no issue at first when I gave the front desk my info, she asked for their medical records and I told her they didn't really go to doctor's previously they only went to the health department. I talked to the nurse for Dr. Scott Chappell and she stated she had to get approval for them to get an appointment if they didn't have any previous doctors. Dr Chappell is EXCELLENT! A rare find. As a new mother to be who just moved to area, I discovered him through word of mouth (stellar reputation). He has taken care of our baby from day 1 and we couldn't be happier.
