His staff especially where you call in and make a appointment are totally obnoxious. I could not believe their arrogance. They were like schoolyard bullies threatening to tell the doctor on me. Lol I'm not making that up. Life's too short to deal with crap like that

I waited an hour to see Dr. Major, he walked in, he did not listen to anything I had to say and walked out. He spent less than 5 min with me. I called the nurse, asked her to call the Dr. I waited another 20min and walked out. It was the worst experience, wasted my morning, paid my co-pay just to sit in a room and receive no service. I would NOT recommend Dr. Major. he doesn't care about his patients.

For a PCP Dr. Major is pretty decent. I would say the amount of time he spent with me was average. I felt like he listened and immediately knew the solution and we moved on. Some people might be turned off by the fact that he doesn't seem to dwell on the stuff you're not going to die from. I see a lot of specialists and will continue to see them, but for the average sinus infection, or minor injury, etc. you're probably not going to find much better than Dr. Major. He IS busy, but that's good!

I had a fall in the Fall of 2015. I was still in pain with movement so on December 31, I went to ER. at Summit Hospital. They sent me to him still in pain. He said I was drug seeking. Gave me arthritis medication. Turns out I had a broken vertebra. So much for drug seeking!

Dr Major has been our family Doctor , for my husband and myself, since we moved to the area over a year ago. He is wonderful ! He always listens to our concerns and treats us with care , knowledge and kindness. We always have confidence that he has our best interest at heart. I highly recommend him !! Mrs. and Mr Ashmore

Waiting one hour to see Dr. Major for him to come in and tell me that I need a massage not a Dr. No recommendations on what to do for pain, says he will send in some medicine but does not tell me what it is or what it is for. He was in the room with me for about a total of 20 seconds. Worst Dr. ever. This is the 2nd visit I've had with him that has gone this way.
