Professional staff, dedicated physicians, efficient office staff. In-house lab, X-ray & pharmacy.
Great guy and great doctor. Tells good jokes too. I’ve been going to him for many years and he’s always been great
Did not provide preventative medicine and said we'd worry about it when it happens. Condition that could have been avoided if he did not dismiss my concerns occurred. When I went back to start to cure this he said "What do you want me to do about it?" and said he doesn't know anything about what to do for it. He said the stool sample came back negative and left it at that. I now have symptoms throughout my whole body which is a sign that the issue has migrated to more serious complications and no longer in intestine. This in... read more
Dr. Major is very professional and has a wonderful staff especially Stephanie Dillard very kind and helpful.
This doctor makes sure you are comfortable with the steps he is recommending and also allows you to be part of the decision process I will recommend him to anyone who needs to have someone they can discuss even the hardest health questions to.
Stay away from this guy. He's a doctor with no interest in being a doctor. He comes into the office, talks to you non-stop about himself and cuts you off whenever you try to say anything. And then right at the moment you think he's done, he darts out of the office without giving you an opportunity to raise your concerns or ask questions. You think he's coming back, but then his nurse comes and says he's done with you and like a magic show, he's gone. There's no follow-up either. I have issues in my labs that I am concerned w... read more
Dr. Major is good at listening to my medical issues and even better at discussing options for treatment. He's always made me feel as though I am his only patient of the day. I appreciate his thoughtful explanations.
I visited Monday with headaches in my right temple for over a week. Dr. Major had a possible diagnosis, but sent me to the hospital for immediate blood work to confirm. That was Monday 9am. I had made 3 phone calls after that where I was told on the 2 they replied to, that no results came back. On Friday I went to the hospital who told me they faxed the results to the doctor on Monday. I then went to dr. Majors’ offic who still just said they had no results. Don’t know where I stand...
Dr. Scott Major is a very pompous, unprofessional care provider. Regardless of the information you give him he will likely cut you off and disregard anything you say while re-centering the conversation back to himself. I had recently made an appointment to address my recent fainting. I was rightfully concerned but was shocked when Dr. Major not only ignored my concern but blatantly cut me off mid sentence as I explained my concern. I will never return. I would advise the same to anyone else.
