I saw Dr. Caleb Metzinger for a follow-up and prescription renewal, and the visit itself was quick and efficient. The staff is professional and the office runs on time. Just note that there is a required $300 annual fee to remain a patient in Dr. Scott Perry’s practice, which is something to factor in. Aside from that, the care itself was straightforward and handled well.

How does a Dr have the unmitigated gall to charge a non refundable $300 "administrative charges" to new patients? Perhaps I dont go to Dr's often enough to realize this is a common practice, but I shared my conversation with the front desk at the practice when I called to book a first appointment, and no one can believe Dr. Scott is charging $300 and getting away with it.

$300 fee to be a patient here. They charge a flat rate of $300 a year just go here, even if you have insurance. I’ve never seen anything like that. The sign in front says this fee is to “pay the staff”. Apparently doctors aren’t getting paid enough these days? It seems like extortion.

I'm truly beside myself. I spent a couple weeks when insurance renal came around, looking for a doctor that was able to be the primary health care provider for my partner and I. I searched through my insurance list of doctors and for several reasons, selected Scott Parry.
