He is a wonderful doctor, very concerned about my health and I wouldn’t even consider a different gastrointestinal doctor.
My husband and I have gone to Dr. Schlacter many years for routine maintenance care. He is personable, knowledgeable, caring, and a good listener about any concerns. When we were looking for a good gastro doctor, all our nurse friends recommended him.
I don't know who those other reviewers saw...but it definitely wasn't Dr. Schlachter. I have been a patient of Dr. S. for 18 years. He is the kindest, most considerate, knowledgeable doctor I have ever known. He gives his 100% attention to any issues I have. His bedside manner is wonderful. I would highly recommend him. He cares deeply for his patients.
Horrible Experience. This doctor was so rude. He wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences. He was condescending, dismissive, and rushed me through my appointment. The office staff is very rude and patients can never get through on the telephone. You always have to leave a message and hope it is returned. I have even seen patients come into the office because their telephone calls weren’t returned. ’m going t go to a different doctor in a different practice.
I hate to rate doctor, because ive only seen him once. however, his staff is outright rude and unprofessional. I had to sit and listen for 2 hours, one of the girls make phone calls to patients rescheduling them. each time she hung up, she called them names, complained and ridiculed them. it was very uncomfortable. I will tell him if he calls me back with test result. apparently these docs reschedule people all the time and patients are frustrated. she should be in the medical profession.
Fantastic experience!! Dr Schlachter is professional and efficient as well as caring and concerned for his patients.
