Billing feels a little scammie. Paid $547 in the office because they do not have a secure payment option. Their Billing company sends me a "past due" invoice every month. Nobody to talk to. I was wondering how they had appointments so quickly compared to other clinics. Now I know. I can't wait to serve my slander of credit suite for treble (triple the amount) if they try to put this on my bureau.
The staff is always cordial and helpful. Laura is extremely helpful, always and Dr Billi Baumgartner, what can I say that I havent said before? He is my angel ! If not for his injections, I wouldn't be able to use my left hand....and I am left handed!
