Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
Everyone was so nice and informative. I was a little nervous going for the appointment not knowing what would be done to check my eye out. There was no need because everything was explained before they did anything and it was pain free. Dr Westhouse was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend him if you have eye problems.
Dr. Westhouse practices medicine the way it should be.
Dr Westhouse is friendly and easy to talk to. He explains what he sees on the scans quite fully. One week after my surgery, he fixed an errant stitch with impressive dexterity. I was blown away by the steadiness of his hand and the sharpness of his vision, which unfortunately few of his patients may be able to match.
From the receptionist at the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Westhouse, to the scheduler....all were very friendly, engaging, answered questions, and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Westhouse is very patient, informative, and always encouraging. He is excellent.
All staff are professional, but also friendly, and that means a lot. That’s especially so with Dr. Westhouse who discussed the facts regarding my vision and optic nerve damage. We appreciate his patience with our questions and understandable answers.
Dr Westhouse and his team are very attentive and thorough. Sudden eye issues can be very scary, Dr Westhouse and staff were very calming and re-assuring. I appreciated the timely manner that I was seen in also. They made everything very easy.
I was treated well and with great courtesy by staff at all levels. You should take pride in the way your staff handles patients.Thank you for the experience at your office.
I was referred to Dr. Westhouse by my eye doctor with a prior diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa. After many tests and his expert intuition he found my actual condition. That was 13 years ago, and he continues to provide excellent care with detailed yearly eye exams. I cannot thank him enough. I know I'm in excellent care and you will too. He is intelligent, concise, and most importantly, kind. Thank you.
