Dr.Saggett lied to me I found out.neglected to help me when my eyes were on fire.
Very professionally pleasant and informative.
Office staff very very unfriendly and dismissive. Dr Sagett always seemed rushed. My son used to go to him also and had the same negative reactions as I did. I recently changed to a different Dr and now I'm extremely happy. My advise is to find another Dr.
I agree with most of the reviews. The wait time to see Dr. Sagett is ridiculous. He's a good Dr. and likeable but there is no reason to make patients wait 30 minutes before he sees us. Friends who see other Dr.'s in this office are saying the same thing.
I like Dr.Sagett but the wait time to see him is ridiculous. I figured that since I had an early morning appt I would be in and out in about an hour. I had a 7:30 appt. they ask you to come in 15 minutes early which I did and had to wait 15-20 minutes after my appt. to have my field vision test. There was no one ahead of me for that exam. After the exam I was taken to another room and waited over an hour. My 7:30 exam finally ended around 10:45.
I totally agree with other reviews in that the waiting time in this office is unacceptable. Our time is important also but they don't seem to care! Dr. Sagett is a good Dr. but makes his patients wait too long after the initial exam.
As several reviewers have mentioned, the front office staff seems like they couldn't care less and the inordinate amount time spent waiting for "service" is an absolute shame--plan to waste at least half a day. As far as Scott Sagett, he's good enough.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for 55 minutes. I was called back and after initial tech testing, sat another 45 minutes before doctor came in and did his quick check which only took 5 minutes. There were 4 more patients (Elderly) that were after me waiting to see Dr. Saget. They are clearly stacking patients way too closely together and it’s the patients who are suffering for it. I blame the doctor and office manager who are the only ones benefiting from this. This has happened way ... read more
My 88 year old father had his 2nd appointment with West County Ophthalmology at the Winghaven location, the 1st appointment was a year ago with Dr. Sagett and he was 2 hours late seeing him. His excuse was lame we should of known better to go back! My parents sat there again for 2 hours on January 10, 2019 and was given the same lame excuse! Really you are the rudest group of people you should not be in the health care profession because that not how you treat people let alone a 88year old man and his wife. There's no excusi... read more
