1st time at Stetson Powell. Every single person at the office greeted you and were friendly. From the receptionist, the PA, x-ray tech, and Dr. Stetson himself. I was very impressed with the professionalism. Yes, there was a small wait but when isn't there a wait at a medical facility. Be patient people (The PA and X-ray tech apologized for the delay), not a big deal. Dr. Stetson and the PA reviewed my MRI and x-ray. Dr. Stetson went over all available options. RecommendedI had gone to see Dr Christopher Lee after being (improperly) treated by another orthopedic surgeon for the past few years. Long story short- I had an unnecessary surgery on my left knee which has been causing me problems for the past 11 years. On top of that, I am loose jointed and am prone to injury due to bad body mechanics. Dr Lee really took the time to explain the cause of my pain, and what I could do to correct it (lots of physical therapy at Pasadena Physical Therapy!!). Repeating my earlier post: I just had my second appointment at Stetson Powell with Dr. Christopher Lee. They've assembled quite a caring and professional team. Plus, I was in and out this morning before my scheduled appointment time. Shout out to Dr. Lee, Alex and Barbara. You guys are the best!!

Doctor Powell and his staff are very professional. He treated me for a rotator and a meniscus tear. I am very pleased.
I'm updating my review from one star to three stars due to the ONE HOUR WAIT for my appointment. I know that appointments tell to run behind, but would love the option to come in later if the doctor is running this far behind. I don't have to luxury to be away from work for longer than my hour lunch break. I was at the office for two hours, which was a problem. However, I thought Dr. Stetson was great and informative and had great bedside manner.
